All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping Policy

31 Collection is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect addresses/contact information for all shipments including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipping options. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. 31 Collection is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. 31 Collection has the right to charge an additional fee for any re-shipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
